01 · Tell us about your website
Use our website finder to select a preferred package and explain the sort of website you need. The final step prepares an email for you to send to info@webgum.au. Please check that the email has actually been sent.
02 · We review your requirements
We discuss your pages, content, features, domain, support needs and any regional data restrictions. Complex projects may require a tailored quotation rather than a standard package.
03 · Receive a written quotation
We'll confirm the scope, inclusions, exclusions, price in AUD, any applicable taxes, proposed delivery approach, billing schedule and relevant service terms. Domain registration or renewal is normally paid directly to your registrar.
04 · Review and accept
Ask questions or request changes before accepting. A quotation is not a confirmed purchase until the agreed acceptance and payment requirements have been met. We will explain the commencement and cancellation conditions before acceptance.
05 · Arrange payment securely
Automated website checkout is temporarily unavailable while payment testing is completed. We will identify an appropriate verified payment method separately when available. Never email us card numbers, CVVs or banking passwords. We will confirm when payment has been verified.
06 · We create your website
After agreement and verified payment, we confirm the project start, request the necessary business information and begin agreed design and development work. Delivery timing is confirmed for your project; no fixed completion date is promised at enquiry stage.
07 · Review and approve
We share a website preview so you can review it and request revisions included in your package. We explain any changes that fall outside the agreed scope before additional work or charges.
08 · Launch and care
After approval, we help connect your domain and launch the website. Ongoing hosting and care follow the service plan and billing arrangement agreed in writing.
How monthly and upfront pricing works
Monthly website plan: An initial monthly rate applies for the first 12 payments, with a 12-month minimum commitment. The lower ongoing website-care rate is intended to apply from month 13. This billing change must be confirmed in the final agreement and verified before automated subscriptions are activated.
Upfront website plan: A one-time development charge plus the first month of website care is due at commencement, followed by ongoing monthly care charges under the agreed terms.
Taxes and currency: Advertised prices are in Australian dollars. Your quotation will confirm the payable amount, taxes where applicable and any billing arrangements before you agree.
Frequently asked questions
Will I be charged when I submit an enquiry?
No. Our enquiry process does not collect payment details or charge you.
Is sending an email a confirmed order?
No. We must review your requirements and you must accept the agreed quotation and fulfil the payment requirements before work begins.
Can I pay by card today?
Not through WebGum's automated checkout. We will explain verified payment arrangements during the quotation process. Please do not send card details by email.
How will I know what happens next?
We will respond to the enquiry through the contact email you provide and confirm the next action. Project milestones and any delivery dates are agreed for your specific website.
What if I change my mind?
Before accepting, tell us you no longer wish to proceed. After acceptance, the agreed cancellation terms and your applicable consumer rights govern the process.
